We want every purchase to meet your expectations.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and branded materials intact.

Requests submitted outside the 10-day period will not be eligible for return.
If The Issue Is On Our Side
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part:

A full refund will be issued.

All return shipping costs will be covered by Kevlts.
Customer-Initiated Returns
For returns not resulting from an error on our side:

Returns may be accepted for eligible items within the 10-day return period.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping or collection costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Watches.

Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

Items returned without their original packaging, boxes, dust bags, or accessories.

Items with missing components included at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds are approved only after the item has passed inspection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
