Return Eligibility 

We want every purchase to meet your expectations.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and branded materials intact.
  • Requests submitted outside the 10-day period will not be eligible for return.

If The Issue Is On Our Side

If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part: 
  • A full refund will be issued.
  • All return shipping costs will be covered by Kevlts. 

Customer-Initiated Returns 

For returns not resulting from an error on our side: 
  • Returns may be accepted for eligible items within the 10-day return period.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping or collection costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Watches.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. 
  • Items returned without their original packaging, boxes, dust bags, or accessories.
  • Items with missing components included at the time of purchase. 

Refund Processing

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds are approved only after the item has passed inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
