Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We want every purchase to be right. If something isn't, we're here to make it easy.

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date for orders delivered within Qatar.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and branded materials intact.
  • Requests made outside the 10-day window will not be eligible.

If the Issue Is on Our Side

In the event that an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or with a defect attributable to Kevlts:

  • A full refund will be issued without question.
  • All return delivery costs within Qatar are covered entirely by Kevlts.

If the Return Is Customer-Initiated

For returns not resulting from an error on our part:

  • Returns may still be accepted for eligible items within the 10-day window.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping or collection costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Watches
  • Items that have been used, worn, or show any signs of use.
  • Items returned without their original packaging, boxes, or dust bags.
  • Items missing accessories, insoles, laces, or any included components.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets all eligibility conditions.
  • Refunds are approved only after this inspection is complete.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
